Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, when making an online purchase, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period, calculated from the day after you or a third party designated by you received the product. Legal exceptions apply to certain products.

Cancelling a purchase

Within the cooling-off period, unequivocally inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase via the contact page or info@yourseasons.nl. After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Please register your return in advance so that we can process it correctly. Do not send a return directly to a supplier.

Refund

We will refund the payments received within 14 days of your cancellation notification. In the event of a full cancellation, this also includes the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. We may wait until the product has been received or until you demonstrate that it has been returned, whichever comes first. We will use the same payment method, unless you explicitly agree to another free method.

Return costs

The direct return costs are at your expense, unless we indicate otherwise in advance. Different rules apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product; in that case, please contact us first.
