Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers through YourSeasons.

Offer and Order

We describe products, prices, stock, and expected delivery times as carefully as possible. An agreement is formed when the order has been confirmed by us, subject to obvious errors.

Prices and Payment

All consumer prices are displayed in euros including applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be shown before placing the order. The available payment methods are listed in the checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to the specified address within the countries available in the checkout. Our guideline for directly deliverable products is a maximum of five business days. Products from different suppliers may be shipped separately. YourSeasons remains the seller and your point of contact.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100 and for other available countries, the applicable costs will be shown in the checkout.

Right of Withdrawal

For consumers, distance purchases generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt, with statutory exceptions. See the Right of Withdrawal and Shipping & Returns pages.

Conformity and Warranty

A product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. Statutory rights in case of a defect are not limited by any manufacturer's warranty.

Complaints

Report a complaint via the contact page or info@yourseasons.nl. We will confirm receipt and look for an appropriate solution.

Applicable Law

Agreements with consumers are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in the consumer's country of residence.
