We select for quality, but if something is not right, we want to resolve it correctly.

Legal guarantee

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement. The lifespan you can reasonably expect depends, among other things, on the type of product, price, material, and normal use.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered

Please contact us as soon as possible and state your order number. For visible damage, preferably include clear photos. We will jointly assess the appropriate solution.
